Registration fees are non-refundable unless we determine our program in not a fit for your child. Please refer to our guidelines on Medically Needy and Behaviorally Intensive Children.

Registration for our ABA Summer Camp is a simple yet individualized process. We offer multiple levels of supervision to fit your child’s individual needs. Your registration fee not only guarantees your child a slot in our program but also includes an evaluation with a Doctor of Psychology and Behavior Analysis (BCBA-D) to determine their correct placement in our camp. Once your registration fee and packet have been received, our office will reach out to you to set up your evaluation. Evaluation for placement in our ABA Summer Camp will be approximately 1hr and take place in our Alafaya location, 2218 Alafaya Tr. Oviedo, FL 32765. If you would like an estimate of appropriate level of supervision for your child before you register, please have all your child’s information ready and call, Meghan Carpenter at 407-489-2121 during regular office hours. If she is not currently available to go over your child’s information, she will set an appointment to return your inquiry within 24 hours.

Registration for our Non-Behavioral/Sibling Camp option includes a 15-minute evaluation that may be done by phone to determine that this placement is correct for your child.

Placement evaluations must be scheduled within 2 weeks of registration to maintain your child’s slot in the program. Appointments are available Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturday’s from 9am-3pm. Remote (video) appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis. When enrolling multiple children into our programs, you may choose to schedule their evaluations at the same appointment time.
Current Patients of any of Collaborative Solution’s other programs do not need an additional summer camp evaluation unless there has been a lapse in services for longer than 6 months.

Campers that are interested in also enrolling in additional services from Collaborative Solutions may be eligible for a lower registration fee. To qualify you must have a valid insurance plan that is accepted by our company and be approved for services under the terms of your plan or sign private-pay contract for additional services that extends past Summer. Registration Fees may be paid by check, cash, or card online, by phone, or at any of our locations. When your registration form has been received by our office, you will receive an invoice by email for your registration fee. Please indicate which parent email address you would like to receive the invoice on your registration form.
